Bride and Groom during golden hour at a Bordesley Park Farm wedding by Documentary wedding photographer Clive Blair

Yay!! Jamie and Lizzie are in the Wedding of the Year Finals!

Last year you may remember I photographed my first wedding at Bordesley Park Farm for Jamie and Lizzie. Now they’re back in the news again, this time as finalist in Your West Midlands wedding Magazine’s wedding of the year award!

Every year the magazine runs the award for the most popular couple based on votes received. If you’d like to vote for them, visit their voting page here. This year’s winning couple will get the chance to experience the beauty of the magnificent 4 star Moor Hall Hotel. This venue is situated in gorgeous parkland, and boasts 83 comfortable bedrooms and a luxurious spa. This means it is perfect for a pre- or post-wedding treat.

The full prize includes a luxurious two-night stay with a full English breakfast on both mornings. It doesn’t end there though. They also get a three-course dinner in the two AA Rosette Oak Room Restaurant on one night, full use of the leisure facilities including the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and either a Thalgo Discovery facial or a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage each.

This prize is worth fighting for and you can help them win it.

Voting ends on 22nd April 2018 so don’t delay and help them win. Get your friend, family neighbours, pets, strangers to vote – I can’t stress enough that every vote really does count in the competition! Help them win a deserved weekend break. It’d be the perfect end to a fabulous year, as they’ve just had their first child.

I can also personally recommend Moor Hall Hotel too as a great wedding venue, having shot a few weddings there over the years.
